Our team of information systems specialists and account management professionals will tailor services to develop an individualized program for each client. Unlike some of our competitors, FortisRx does not charge for plan design changes. We will customize our independent formularies, establish dedicated customer service phone lines, manage clients’ unique eligibility challenges, and design specialized on-line drug usage messages and reporting formats so that clients can receive the precise information that is needed, when it is needed.
FortisRx’s flexible system can easily conform to the account structure of clients. We are experienced in working with various medical carriers to provide a smooth transition and continuity of data and reporting. FortisRx maintains the high service levels our clients have come to expect.
FortisRx will put together a team specifically selected to work directly with our clients. This team will be led by a FortisRx Client Services Executive Account Manager. For our larger clients the account team will include an officer of FortisRx, a clinical specialist, and a representative from the sales and marketing department.
